- Marinate chicken with little salt and turmeric for half hour.Make a paste of cashewnuts,curd,malai,1 small onion and ginger garlic paste.Heat oil in a wok and fry sliced onion crispy brown.Set aside.Remove excess oil.In 2 tbsp oil,sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala,black peppercorns and bay leaves.When they crackle,add the ground masala,tomato puree,kasoori methi,salt,chaap masala,turmeric and red chilli powder and toss..
